Austin is an Associate Advisor, currently serving Lyle Hershey and Jon Thompson’s clients. He graduated from Millersville University in 2019 with a degree in Business Administration. His professional background includes experience in youth ministry, followed by a role as Customer Care Manager at a trailer dealership, where he managed accounts receivable, logistics, and customer service and support.

Outside of work, Austin is passionate about mentorship and community involvement, volunteering at the Factory Youth Center in his free time. Austin married his wife, Emily, in the summer of 2024 and is eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first child in the summer of 2026. He also enjoys golfing and reading whenever he has the opportunity.
