In May, we will celebrate 20 years in business. As I think back to January 1994, I recall a foundational event in the formation of the company where we decided to spend a few days together in a mountain cabin to formulate plans for the new company.
It was during that time that we decided on the name Master’s, developed our initial mission statement and discussed the core principles that would shape this new venture. We called them our “Founding Pillars.”
INDEPENDENCE: not working for a parent company
TEAM: working together to find a strategy best designed for each client
OBJECTIVITY: reducing any conflicts of interest we might have with our clients
FAITH: being guided by Biblical wisdom
We remain committed to having these principles guide and shape our company as we plan for the future of Master’s Advisors.
