Several evenings ago, Colleen and I took our Mustang GT convertible out for a drive & stopped for a quick dinner on a local restaurant’s patio. It was a very warm June evening, but we cruised for a bit more before returning home. Walking through the door into our house, we were met by a refreshing blast of air conditioning that just felt wonderful! The a/c was working perfectly, and our home was being cooled to the exact temperature we had asked for!
It has not always been that way. Even though our home is only nine years old, our HVAC system had given us trouble, specifically with inconsistent cooling. Two months ago, we made the decision to finally replace the system and “make it right.” After getting several different price quotes, we chose a local HVAC contractor, highly recommended by two different people whose opinions I really respect. The results were outstanding! They “showed-up” when scheduled. The installers were nice guys & their workmanship was fantastic (true craftsmanship). Our basement was spotless when they left. To top it off, their final invoice was exactly as they had quoted. There was not a single thing that was unsatisfactory. We just had an extraordinary customer service experience, and it did not go unnoticed! (A quick “shout-out” to Jamie, and the crew at Red Truck Heating & Cooling!)
That experience was a great reminder to me about the importance of providing excellent service. In our industry we call it Client Service, instead of Customer Service, but the same rules apply. Master’s has always been committed to providing excellent client service. It is in our DNA! It is an important part of who we are, both as individuals, and as a Financial Planning firm. In fact, if we fail to provide client service at a higher level than our competitors, we are highly disappointed! We hope you have experienced extraordinary client service from us! If you have, mention it to your friends or family who could benefit from the services of Master’s. If you have not, please contact us so that we can improve & learn from our mistakes.
After 30 years of doing business, our message of appreciation to you remains the same:
Thank you for the trust & confidence you have placed in us. We do not take it lightly, and never will. Your complete satisfaction & goodwill mean the world to us. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you, and we endeavor to do it very, very well.
