Building Progress
The renovation of our new historic structure is well underway, paying careful attention to preserving the building’s legacy while preparing it for a new chapter of use.
This renovation will completely repurpose the building, transforming the interior into modern office space with conference rooms, new bathrooms, and a lower-level tenant suite. Our design focuses on maintaining a strong connection to the building’s original character.
Demolition began in April 2025, uncovering layers of history and revealing the original stonework. Rather than conceal it, we are working to restore and highlight these features. The team is currently in the stone refurbishment process, using walnut shell blasting to clean the surfaces gently.
This technique carefully removes excess mortar while preserving the integrity of the stone, allowing natural color and texture to shine through. The result will be a cleaner look that still honors the building’s age, character, and craftsmanship.
We are finalizing the building permit process and anticipate starting construction in July. We are excited to watch this space transform, balancing history and innovation, to serve a new generation of occupants.
Stay tuned for more updates as the journey continues!

A Season of Change
A Warm Welcome to Krista Myer to Our Team as a Client Care Specialist
As a lifelong resident of Lancaster County, Krista is dedicated to helping her friends and neighbors and bettering her community.
She is happily married with two adult daughters and two sons-in-law.
She loves to travel with her family and believes that the mishaps that happen while traveling are likely the parts that will stick with you for the longest, bringing laughter and sparking memories to share.
A Heartfelt Farewell to Deb
After 17 years of dedicated service, we are honored to announce Deb K. Lorah’s retirement. She has long been a trusted Relationship Manager working with Charles Keller. Her official retirement date was June 13th, and while we’ll miss her dearly, we are excited for this next chapter in her life.
Throughout her years with Master’s, Deb played a vital role in coordinating client meetings, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring that every interaction was handled with care and professionalism. Whether helping clients process business or walking them through paperwork, Deb approached every task with her signature warmth and attention to detail.
What truly set Deb apart was her caring heart and her natural ability to connect with others. Clients and coworkers alike were drawn to her kindness, willingness to help, and her ability to make everyone feel seen and supported. Her presence has been a steady source of encouragement and joy in our office—and she will be deeply missed.
As Deb transitions into retirement, clients will continue working with Charlie as their advisor and will now connect with Tim or Colton for the services Deb previously supported. If you have any questions about the transition, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Charlie directly.
So what’s next for Deb? She’ll be settling into her new cottage at Garden Spot Village, quilting, and exploring new places—an adventure well earned!
