One of our core beliefs here at Master’s is that our clients are at their best when they are living in alignment. This does not mean that we refer everyone to chiropractors, rather, it means that we spend time helping our clients discern their core values. In last week’s blog, Garry highlighted the emphasis we place on helping our clients align their actions with their values. He also outlined our core values as a team, and today we are highlighting the first one on the list: Authenticity.
For the Master’s team, being authentic means that we are a transparent, accurate representation of who we are, both as individuals and as a collective unit. Authenticity is not one of our aspirations, it is simply who we are. One of our highest priorities as a team is to develop long-lasting, meaningful relationships with all our clients. It would not be possible for us to build the long-lasting, meaningful relationships we seek if we were not engaging with our clients in a genuine, transparent manner. As a result, we are intentional to always approach every interaction in a spirit of authenticity.
As an example of the value of authenticity, consider food advertisements you see online or on television. The food always looks delicious in those ads, but often lands on your plate looking quite different in comparison. This contrast is disappointing: what you were told you would experience did not line up with reality. At Master’s, the marketing on our website, in print or in person is a genuine reflection of what our clients experience. We simply communicate who we are, what we do, why we do it, and our genuine care for each person that contacts us. Our hope is that this is evident to each one of you that engages with our team.
What about you? How do your values impact the goals you set for yourself? We would love to hear from you!
